Certainly, there are costs involved. We strive to keep them minimal. You're already incurring expenses for overtime, recruiting efforts, job boards, background checks, and more.
We believe our costs are less than what you're already spending, but you'll begin with candidates who have been pre-screened and are ready to advance in your hiring processes.
